Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Finis Code account and associated data at any time. This page explains how.

How to Request Deletion

1. In the app: go to your account settings and choose the option to deactivate or delete your account. Deactivation immediately cuts off access; you can request full deletion from the same screen.
2. By support ticket: open a ticket in the app titled "Account deletion request" and our team will process it.
3. By email: send a request to info@finis.com.tr from the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

We delete your personal account information (name, email, authentication identifiers) and, if you are the sole owner of an organization, the organization's business data. If your organization has other members, organization data is retained for the organization unless all members request deletion or an authorized administrator requests organization deletion.

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as financial and audit records needed for tax compliance, or logs needed to investigate security incidents. Where full deletion is not possible, we anonymize data where feasible.

Timeline

Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once the request has been processed.
